Facility/Space Rental Requests
Dear potential renter,
Thank you for your inquiry regarding renting space at Abundant Life Church (ALC). To begin the application process please read through and provide the following information for our considerations.
Please know that ALC is not available for rental on third or fourth Saturdays.
Your rental request is not guaranteed that you will be able to use ALC's facilities, rather this form is a means of gathering important information to determine if we are able to offer our space. If the information you provide indicates an arrangement we may be able to accommodate, we may request an interview with a representative from your church/organization. Religious organizations will be asked to provide an official statement of their beliefs as well.
Note that all churches/organizations renting church space must adhere to the guidelines of Abundant Life Church and uphold the integrity of the church during their time here. They must also abide by the stipulations arranged via their individual agreement/contract and pay the standard rental fees.
Rental fees vary based upon the services requested, length, and frequency of use. Our standard rental fee includes the use of space and utilities, a security personnel, and cleaning. The use of musical instruments and sound equipment is not included, but may be made available upon special request for an additional cost. Please note that the sound system operator is provided by ALC and that no outside operators are permitted.
You will be contacted within a week of having turned in your rental request form to either set up an interview or to be made aware of whether or not your request was accepted. If you do require an interview you will hear back regarding your acceptance the following week.
Please note that Abundant Life maintains the right to cancel or discontinue anyone's use of the church at anytime. If you have any questions or concerns please do not hesitate to contact the church administrator at (617)-864-2826.
